| There are large terrain undulating and complicated geological conditions in the mountain area,and the density of the regional road network is low.In the construction of expressways in mountainous areas,the greatest difficulty is the large elevation difference,the danger of the terrain,and the difficulty in the passage of construction vehicles,which affects the construction safety,construction period,and cost.At this time,the construction of the pioneer road is particularly important.At present,the design and management of the pioneer road in mountain areas are extremely confusing at home and abroad,and there is no relevant design and construction specification.Therefore,only by properly planning and designing the pioneer road can we ensure the safety of personnel and the rapid construction of construction vehicles during construction.Based on the tenth construction contract section of Guizhou Province along the Rongjiang Expressway from Jianhe to Rongjiang section of Rongjiang expressway,this paper studies the key technical scheme of the design of the construction pavement in view of the construction characteristics of the mountainous expressway.This study hopes to play a guiding role in the design and construction of the pavement to ensure the traffic of the construction vehicles and improve the construction of the highway speed,reduce the economic losses caused by highway construction.The analysis and establishment of these road models,there is a reasonable design of the construction road technical scheme,will reduce the cost of the whole highway project,and will have a certain effect on the highway construction technology.First of all,starting from the practice of the construction road design in the project contract section,taking the site of the construction project as the center,the planning and design of the construction road network are carried out.Based on the satellite data map,the characteristics of the road network in the construction road are studied on the basis of the large data and the field survey and investigation,and the road network is divided into 3 levels to be demonstrated,respectively.It is a project construction sidewalk,the location of the project location and the regional transportation network of the project.To draw up reasonable construction plan and construction method,we should study,analyze and organize the contents of each project sub item,consider all kinds of requirements in the construction schedule,synthesize various factors,and determine the corresponding construction plan and construction method.3 principles of the division of the construction unit are put forward: each tunnel and bridge project should be divided;each section of filling and excavation should be divided,and each section of protection and retaining works should be divided.Based on the technical analysis of the construction characteristics of subgrade,bridge,tunnel and other construction characteristics of road construction projects in mountainous areas,3 kinds of construction road models are studied: downlink one-way road model,uplink one-way road model,uplink and downlink two-way road model.According to the demand of road construction traffic vehicles,the main vehicle is heavy truck,the design vehicle is determined,the technical indexes of the construction road are analyzed and demonstrated,and the geometric indexes such as plane and cross section are put forward,and further demonstration is made on the turning curve,tunnel mouth,bridge pier and subgrade and so on.The design model of the key node of the construction road network is made.Under the condition of electronic map,the optimization scheme not only satisfies the requirements of the main construction,but also reduces the quantity of the pavement.Meanwhile,the dynamic design should be carried out.It is often constructed without delay. |
