Domestic and international construction market competition will become increasingly fierce,enterprises should continue to improve their competitive strength,it must improve their management level.Construction of the construction technology and organization program is to guide the specific construction process,improve the construction quality,speed up the progress period,reduce construction costs and improve the economic efficiency of the core content is the construction project management guide.Therefore,a reasonable optimization of the construction program will greatly improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,construction enterprises must make good use of this sword overcoming all obstacles,meritorious deeds,for the production and operation of the whole process of service.Each project has a strict construction program management system,scientific guidance construction activities to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Based on the project of Pingtan Strait railway and railway bridge in Fuping railway,this paper studies the construction plan of B56 # pier to ensure the quality,safety,schedule and benefit of engineering construction project.According to the engineering technical characteristics and construction environment conditions of Pingtan Bridge B56 #,two preliminary and feasible construction schemes of offshore steel structure construction platform and island cofferdam are designed.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process and the value engineering method,Economic indicators,technical indicators,progress indicators,safety indicators and other aspects of the two feasible construction program for comprehensive evaluation of the election,from which to select the optimal construction program.This paper has a certain reference for the follow up of the cross-sea bridge and the cross-river bridge construction.
