Interchange is a large structure which intersects the highway,the first grade highway and other highways to realize the traffic transformation.It is an important control point for the highway route layout,and the traffic source from all directions must be passed through it.Interchange plays an important role in the expressway.With more and more expressway construction,there will be increasing interoperability of both expressway.Therefore,it is imminent to ensure the safety of mutual construction and construction.The current laws and regulations and technical standards of the highway industry mainly standardize the technical requirements of the highway design and maintenance,lack relevant technical requirements for the existing related road construction,and have no systematic evaluation criteria for the construction process,and can not assess the risk grade of the process construction,and can not be set up.Take precautions against the reality.On the basis of consulting the literature at home and abroad,the author reduces the probability of accident from the source,and makes a scientific and reasonable study on the safety assessment and safety risk of both high and high speed road related projects,and makes a more suitable evaluation system for the road construction in the interchange project,which has high speed on the upper span.The safety evaluation and management of road construction is of practical significance.This article takes the HST-TJ07 section of the expressway project of the Hang-Shao-Tai Expressway project in the Jinhua Section of Shaoxing City as the research object,and supports the theory of highway operation and interchange construction.The basic procedures and contents of construction safety assessment,such as the construction limit of the G1512?Yongjin?Expressway on the Hang-Shao-Tai Expressway,the area of the road construction control area and land use,the line-of-sight,the safety clearance of the roadside,and the broadening of the long-term future,etc.Carried out safety assessments involving roads,and conducted detailed demonstration and analysis of construction plans,traffic organization plans,and emergency plans in road projects.According to the"Guidelines for the Construction Safety Risk Assessment of Highways,Bridges,and Tunnels?Trial?",the construction of the G1512?Yongjin?Expressway at the upper span of the HST-TJ07 section of the Shaoxing-Jinhua section of the Hang-Shao-Tai expressway project is completed Relying on the project,the risk factors in the construction were identified,and the risk analysis was performed using the factor analysis method.The major risk sources in the construction process were obtained,and the risk accidents that may have occurred during the construction period were quantified and put forward.Risk accident response measures and recommendations.
