The cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall has developed rapidly both at home and abroad due to its advantages of light weight,good ductility,short construction period,and strong seismic performance.The composite wall panel studied in this paper is a new type of cement-based composite plate with good Insulation,fire prevention,heat insulation,waterproof,durability and other properties,but less relevant research literature,is not conducive to the promotion and application of this material combination wall.Therefore,on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper uses the finite element simulation and theoretical calculation methods to study the shear bearing capacity of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall covered by the new type of sheet metal.For the promotion of the relevant cold-formed thin-wall steel composite wall to provide some useful reference.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall under horizontal monotonous loading is carried out,taking into account the nonlinearity of the material and the nonlinearity of the geometry.The solid elements are used to simulate the components of the composite wall.The wall frame pillars are connected with the top and bottom beams in an articulated manner,and the combined wall body is treated with a coupling method at the screw joints.The finite element simulation results agree well with Professor Zhao Gentian's experimental values,which proves the correctness and feasibility of the finite element simulation method.On this basis,factors such as new panel thickness,wall thickness and strength of wall columns,spacing between wall columns,spacing of self-tapping screws,wall-to-wall ratio,and vertical loads have been used to influence the shear capacity of walls.The parametric analysis shows that increasing the new panel thickness,reducing the distance between the wall columns,the spacing of the self-tapping screws and the height-to-width ratio can significantly increase the shear capacity of the composite wall,while increasing the wall thickness and strength of the wall frame.The impact on the shear capacity of the wall is not significant.The theoretical derivation methods for the formulas of shear strength of four kinds of domestic and foreign composite wall are introduced,which are the foreign energy method and effective strip method,domestic integral analysis method and shear flow analysis method,respectively.The results show:the calculated results of the shear capacity formula of the composite wall derived from the effective strip method are compared with the experimental and finite element simulation results,and the results are in good agreement.Using the integral analysis method and the shear flow analysis method to calculate the shear coefficient of this new type of wall cladding composite wall,the correction coefficient of?1 is 1.43 and the value of?2 is 1.29.
