| In recent years,the supervision of environmental protection has become more and more strict in industrial production,and many traditional processing methods need to be innovated urgently to realize the non-pollution requirements of the production process.The traditional process of measuring the scale of caliper scale in the measuring industry is photo etching,the process is complicated,and the heavy metal of discharge cleaning liquid is serious to the environment.At present,laser marking technology is widely used in product surface marking with its advantages of high efficiency and cleanliness.Based on the advantages of laser marking technology,this paper developed laser engraving machine is on the basis of laser marking technology.Aiming at the accuracy of measuring and processing requirements,high resolution pan for Mosaic processing is used to realize the measuring scale line processing of forming at a time.The main research contents are as follows:First,the vernier caliper laser engraving machine is studied systematically,including mechanical structure,laser system and control system.The subdivision module grating signal is used to subdivide,then the differential treatment is conducted,the circuit board wiring is designed and the segmentation module is made.Secondly,the error theory of scanning system and correction method are analyzed,and the laser marking software is used to correct the marking effect.The principle of moire fringe is analyzed,and the precision of the system is demonstrated through the analysis of the length measuring principle of moire fringe.Finally,the processing parameters of vernier caliper are determined by experiments.The best color parameters are selected by using different machining parameters on the surface of the caliper material.The effect of laser engraving line on the surface coating of vernier calipers was verified.The experiment verifies the change of material hardness in laser engraving area.Through the above research work,the design and construction of vernier caliper laser engraving machine system are completed.The system design resolution is 0.0005 mm,and the total cumulative error of the engraving line is less than 0.01mm/1000 mm,which satisfies the processing precision requirements of the vernier caliper. |
