With the rapid development of China's economy,the automotive industry is developing rapidly.From 2005 to 2016,the number of private cars in China increased rapidly from 18 million 480 thousand to 165 million 590 thousand,which increased by nearly 9 times in 11 years.With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market,the reasonable product warranty service provided to consumers has become the main competitive strategy of automobile manufacturers.In the existing research,basically,it is based on the two dimensional warranty of vehicle dimensions based on the time and degree of use,seeking the lowest cost of manufacturer services.This single goal with the lowest service cost of the manufacturer does not take into account the cost of punishment that will not be bought again because of the over maintenance of the car and the decline in the quality of service,resulting in a decline in customer loyalty.In this case,it is not enough to consider only the service costs of the production and sales enterprises in the two-dimensional warranty.A comprehensive study must be carried out to bring the satisfaction and loyalty of the consumer into the research category.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of service and control the cost of warranty,it has become an important task for the automobile manufacturers to improve their economic efficiency and competitiveness based on the multi-objective scientific system.In this paper,based on the theory and method of multi-objective decision making,this paper takes the private car as the research object.On the basis of the analysis of the status and problems of the automobile two-dimensional warranty in China,the optimization goal of the customer loyalty and the manufacturer's service cost is optimized and the multi-objective optimization algorithm based on the transformation method is used to construct the model of the vehicle two-dimensional warranty optimization scheme.This paper takes a 4S store of a car brand as the research object,and makes a case analysis of the model built.By comparing the model,the AFT model in the survival function is selected as the objective function of the highest customer loyalty and the minimum service cost,and the model of the two dimensional warranty optimization scheme is set up,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out.The results show that the optimal total cost of the manufacturer is reduced by 51.8% and the customer loyalty is increased to 90.28% by adopting the optimal two-dimension warranty optimization scheme.It is proved that under the average utilization rate,we can get the optimization result with high customer loyalty and low two dimensional warranty cost.This research model can reduce the warranty cost of two dimensional products.It can provide theoretical basis for automobile production enterprises to formulate two dimensional product warranty strategy and further in-depth study.It can provide reference for making reasonable maintenance plan decision making for automobile production enterprises,in order to reduce the cost of automobile manufacturing and service enterprises,and improve market competitiveness of the enterprise.
