This paper is involves in a new wearable system,which able to assess sleep stages and collect various electrical signals by different methods in order to detect electrophysiological activity during physiological state and sleep state.The design scheme of high-performance device consists of a multiple program-hardware circuit,software program,signal processing methods and system matching upper computer design.A high reliability,long range,small size,high performance features enable it to be used in a variety of experiments and monitoring situations.The implementation method of portable multimodal physiological signal acquisition system is mainly three aspects as follows:(1)Multiple electrical signals are respectively extracted into the acquisition system equipment by an electrode sensor,such as eIectroencephalogram(EEG),electromyogram(EMG),electrorooculogram(EOG),electrocardiogram(ECG),respiratory frequency(RESP).The preamplifier acquisition circuit processes the input electric signal and A/D conversion,and then the data is readencoded,local-stored and real-time wireless through the microcontroller system,the transmitted data is displayed on the Android APP for simple filtering and analysis;The offline data can be stored by the trans-flash(TF)card it can also be displayed,filtered and analyzed in matlab.(2)Application of the embedded platform is mainly to collect signal,data storage;The Android platform primarily receive data by wireless BLE technology and realize digital FIR and IIR filter using JNI technology;the collection of data processing and analysis of the PC software are mainly designed by matlab GUI.(3)With miniaturization design,low power consumption design and reliability design,the acquisition system equipment can be highly reliable,portable and long lasting.After experimental verification,this system can complete the sleep stage and steadystate visual evoked potentials(SSVEP)experiment well.The signal quality is accurate and performance indicators are excellent,which due to its characteristics of small portable,long endurance and safe and reliable.So it is an electrophysiological signal acquisition system capable of handling various experimental and monitoring situations.
