The airplane weight, barycentre is the basic parameter for airplane barycentre to regulate and calculate , the position of barycentre influences the stability and manipulating characteristics of the airplane directly. It is usually to regulate the weight, barycentre of the airplane in the process of trying flight, in order to verify the stability and manipulating characteristic when the airplane has different weight and the barycentre .The airplane barycentre automated regulating system which have high credibility, generality and finacial practicality ,and can manipulate conveniencely plays an important role in completing various trying flight mission of airplanes smoothly and successfully. This text discusses the designing process and methods of the software and hardware of the airplane lengthways barycentre automated regulating system which is in a type of general using airplanes in detail.The paper combines the work principle and control request of the lengthways barycentre automated regulating system which is in a certain type of airplane, puts forward the control system's designing project which takes programmable controller as the control core of the barycentre regulating system, and adopt the supervision structure that the upper and latter machine are distributing. The system is divided into the central control sub- system, anti-freezing liquid regulating sub- system and code regulating sub- system. It carries on a detailed analysis to the achieved methods of control functions in each sub-system. Then the related formulas and the reglar pattern of barycentre of the system are introduced in detail.The applied procedures of upper machine are worked out by the LabWindows/CVI. This paper makes use of the ladder diagram to write PLC control procedures, and explains detailedly that how the upper and latter machines communicate, finally analyzes the interference source and the anti-interference measure of the system.
