Study On Cross Layer Space Design Of Residential Buildings Based On Behavioral Psychology

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people havemore demands on the complexity and polysemy of the residential space.The common flat housing space pattern is relatively monotonous,and the type of residential unit with cross layer space is becoming more and more popular.Cross layer space refers to breaking the floor to form a vertical connection of the overall space.At present,multi floor space residential units,such as compound housing,leap house and staggered residence,are designed from the angle of function layout and space form,and to a certain extent,the psychological feelings and behavior patterns of people are ignored.This paper attempts to explore the relationship between the cross layer space design of residential buildings and human behavior psychology from the perspective of human behavior psychology.Cross layer space enables people’s activities to develop from a single plane dimension to three dimensions or even four dimensions.However,for the study of vertical dimension space with complex shape,traditional perception is mainly based on perceptual knowledge,lacking rational and intuitive quantitative analysis and research.Based on the visual perception theory and Gestalt theory of behavioral psychology,this paper adopts the semantic analysis and spatial syntax of psychological assessment to conduct quantitative analysis of cross layer space.In this paper,the research types are defined as four types of SOHO cross layer residence,CBD cross layer residence,cross layer youth apartment and cross layer villa.A number of typical cases are selected for each type to carry out field investigation and questionnaire survey.The content of the questionnaire covers the design and use of space,the physical performance of space,and the users.The perception of space.At the same time,the users’ psychological experience of different characteristics of the space environment is quantified.The SD scale method is adopted in the evaluation.Then the quantitative perception value was quantified through data comparison and sample comprehensive evaluation curve.In addition,one type of dwelling house is selected to analyze the space syntactic parsing,and the spatial and spatial paths are analyzed with the integration degree parameter and the global line of sight depth value,and the logical relationship between space and human behavior psychology is discussed with the visual quantitative analysis chart.Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of each type of cross layer space,the study shows the effect of the spatial operation form of the residential buildings on the behavior psychology of the resident,that is,the cascading level perception,the wrong fuzzy perception,and the interactive gestalt perception.On this basis,through the analysis of human behavior psychology to the demand for space environment,this paper summarizes the cross layer space design strategy of residential buildings under the influence of behavioral psychological factors,and from the four angles of building the domain,creating hierarchy,increasing interest and improving autonomy,we can draw the help of space "tort",compound function superposition,and so on twelve.Design method.The conclusion can provide useful reference and reference for the cross layer space design of residential buildings.
