This paper mainly studies the debugging technology of 220 kV busbar protection in intelligent substation.Intelligent substations are developing rapidly at the present stage,the natonal Power Grid Corp vigorously promotes the construction of intelligent substations,in the future intelligent substation will replace the conventional substation.The debugging content of busbar protection has changed greatly compared with the conventional substation,the commissioning mode of conventional busbar protection is applied to intelligent substations,which increases commissioning time and debugging time,which is also inaccurate for debugging results.The debugging technology of bus protection used in conventional substations can't satisfy the needs of busbar protection debugging in intelligent substations,a new field debugging technology suitable for distributed busbar protection in intelligent substation is needed to be studied.The requirements of debugging technology for new smart substation bus protection are analyzed:Using real-time closed loop simulation technology;Having fault recurrence function;Ease of debugging distributed bus protection in intelligent substation.The overall structure of the bus protection debugging system based on DDRTS power system dynamic simulation system is illustrated,explainingconcrete implementation scheme of the debugging system.The function of each part of the debugging system are analyzed,the hardware portion of the host device and the subsystem of the the debugging system are designed and clarify the working principle of the mainframe and the subsystem.Study on the real-time problem of the debugging system and the synchronization problem of the signal in the debugging system.The solution of the synchronization problem between multi card,multi aperture and multi device is proposed.Study on the parameter settings of the simulation host model component of the bus protection debugging system.The debug model of busbar protection is set up,and the debugging system is applied to the actual on-site inspection and commissioning of the intelligent substation,and the acceptance and commissioning of the 220 kV busbar protection device for the intelligent substation is completed.
