In the process of the development of modern power grid,the grid has become the basis for the development of industrialization and informationization society and an important part.In recent years,with the integrated application of various advanced technology in power networks,intelligent has become the inevitable trend of power grid development.Smart grid is the advanced sensor measurement technology,information and communication technology,analysis and decision technology,automatic control technology and energy power technology,the combination of with grid infrastructure and highly integrated to form a new type of modern power grid.Intelligent substation is the embodiment of the smart grid strategy in substation link.This article briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of intelligent substation,secondary system architecture and related technology,and combined with220 kv Ma Qiu variable in the intelligence engineering for smart substation relay protection and automation system to conduct a comprehensive debugging experience,analysis of intelligent substation secondary system different from traditional substation debugging method and debugging.For intelligent substation second part expounds the specific debugging process and content,summed up the key work and the technical difficulties in the process of debugging.
