With the rapid expansion of the number of modern electric power users and the increasing number of electric energy meters in industry and civil,the management task of meter reading becomes more and more heavy.Now the manual meter reading is very strong,but the efficiency is low,there are still some problems,for example,estimate copy,leak copy,wrong copy,meter reading cycle is long,the final data must pass the manual input computer to enter the management system.This way can no longer meet the requirements of modern power management,and even bring incalculable losses to grid companies.Therefore,the use of a convenient,intelligent metering remote meter reading system will be the future development direction of the State Grid.Based on the low voltage power carrier remote meter reading system,the data is uploaded to the main station management system.The meter reading system also communicates bidirectional with the carrier power meter according to the master station instruction,which can not only send instructions to the electric energy meter,You can also set and read many parameters of the carrier watt-hour meter.The innovation of carrier module in this paper is as follows: adopting OFDM orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology,which has high frequency band efficiency,effectively resists multipath interference,supports dynamic subchannel allocation,has strong anti-narrowband interference ability,and has 128 bitsAES encryption mechanism to ensure communication security.Using asymmetric relay communication mode,it also has relay forwarding strategy,and gives priority to the priority of channel division to ensure the rapid response to urgent tasks.From the view of center frequency,from the traditional 110 kHz to 330.47 kHz,the communication rate is increased from supporting 330 bps to 150 kbps.The hardware design of remote meter reading system includes the design of carrier chip and peripheral circuit,power supply circuit,current limiting circuit,signal amplification circuit,coupling and receiving filter circuit,zero crossing detection circuit,interface circuit,storage circuit and GPRS power supply circuit.Serial circuit and SIM card interface circuit.The software design includes the software design of the main module of the meter reading system and GPRS communication module,as well as the communication protocol between the system,the lower computer and the main station.In order to verify the correctness of the remote meter reading system designed and welded in this paper,by testing the performance of carrier communication module,analyzing the waveform and theory of each circuit,setting up the experimental platform,connecting the carrier communication module with GPRS communication module.Other hardware circuits such as DDZY1122-Z single-phase fee control intelligent watt-hour meter and master station management software system are used to verify whether the system can collect electricity correctly.The remote meter reading system studied in this paper has the advantages of no manual meter reading,no manual charge,no manual service,full collection,full coverage and full cost control.It not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional manual meter reading,but also has the advantages of simple wiring,low cost,high efficiency,high transmission speed,high reliability and wide use.
