With the construction and development of China's Maritime Silk Road,the new generation of super large ships and offshore engineering platforms put forward higher overall performance requirements.The installation project on the ship,represented by the larger power engine and so on,shows the new technical characteristics: the scale enlargement and the lightweight design lead to the decrease of the stiffness of the equipment,which can not be considered as rigid body.The deformation of the installation base will result in the change of the internal related dimensions of the equipment and the normal use of the equipment.The flatness requirement of the equipment installation surface is unchanged,and the area has increased exponentially.The manual machining method has been unable to achieve.Shipyard is in urgent need of a series of new theories and technologies to break through the technical problems of high-precision installation of large installations.Based on the realistic product of the shipyard,this paper first uses CERO software to model the structure and equipment.Based on the finite element theory,the displacement of the installation is simulated by the simulation of Ansys software.According to the characteristics of the technical parameters of the large device,the key technical points,such as measurement technology,processing technology and other key technical points needed for the installation scheme,are analyzed,and the principle of deviation is produced in the measured data collection.The combined use of laser tracker,laser leveling instrument,total station instrument and drawing method is studied and developed.The high precision measurement of high efficiency whole process is realized.Then,the method of establishing a unified laser measuring datum surface is put forward,and the new type of mobile Longmen plane milling machine is guaranteed.The new method of assembling,shifting and processing on the ship has been realized.Finally,the simulation data and the measured data are compared and corrected,and a prediction plan for the design of equipment installation is put forward.It is used to guide the design and construction of subsequent products,and has achieved the expected results.
