| Roadbed is the main body of the linear building,which runs through the whole road line,and it is also the foundation of the road surface,bearing the traffic load passed down by the road surface.Strong and stable roadbed provides important guarantee for pavement structure to bear driving load and natural factors for a long time.The influence factors of the compactness of the subgrade are mainly divided into two categories,the properties of the material and the mechanical parameters of the roller.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the road construction to study the compaction construction parameters of the vibratory roller and the influence of compaction technology on the compaction degree.Based on the project of Qu Gang Expressway and the vibratory roller as the main loading equipment,the influence of filler type,filler moisture content and roller speed on the intelligent compaction index is studied by orthogonal test.First,the traditional compaction detection index and intelligent compaction index are analyzed.In the correlation check between continuous compaction index and conventional acceptance index,the area difference of detection index will affect the correlation coefficient and target compaction index size.According to three different subgrade fillers,the fitting methods of point to point,point pair mean value and average value are put forward in this paper.Through the field test,three different subgrade fillers are found to have a high correlation and fit the actual situation.Secondly,based on Qu Gang expressway,four main factors affecting compaction effect are selected.Orthogonal test is applied to study the influence of filler type,filler moisture content,roller speed and roller number on Intelligent compaction index.Based on the experimental results of a maximal influence factors on subgrade compaction effect of data analysis,and to determine an optimal compaction process,and by fitting the experimental data of an intelligent compaction index of filler type,filler content,roller grinding speed and pressure mathematical function of rolling times,so as to provide guidance for roadbed construction.Finally,the SIMULINK is used to simulate the various working conditions of the orthogonal test,and the correctness of the results through the field orthogonal test is verified theoretically. |
