Tunneling machine is a key equipment for modern tunnel construction.How to ensure its safe operation in the construction process is an important issue that academia and engineering community pay close attention to.Among them,condition monitoring and diagnosis are important technical means for safety and security.Based on the study of the key issues,key components and systems that affect the safe operation of tunnel boring machine,the paper developed the hardware and software of the monitoring system based on the cloud platform technology,and can monitor the whole operation parameters of the boring machine and the status parameters of key components in real time on the monitoring platform,and can analyze the detected data.Firstly,the dissertation studies the monitoring content,monitoring methods and monitoring points of the tunneling machine,and designs the monitoring framework based on the cloud platform.Secondly,the signal sensing detection technology,data processing and state recognition technology in critical state recognition are studied.The research focused on the monitoring of tool wear based on eddy current sensors,the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system based on the analysis of oil content of the support vector machine kernel function,the geological status and operation status recognition based on the boring parameters and BP neural network,etc.On the basis of the foregoing research,the monitoring system of the tunneling machine based on the cloud platform is developed,the hardwares of the monitoring system are optimized,and the interface programs and monitoring application programs are designed,including various modules such as signal acquisition,transmission,database,monitoring and analysis,and display alarm.Finally,the operating parameters of the tunneling machine in the on-site construction process are preliminarily tested on the established platform,and the related programs designed are tested.
