Hydraulic propulsion system of the shield machine takes on the top entry task of the shield machine,and realizes the functions of deviation rectification,turning and gesture control of the shield machine.If the propulsion system fails,it will cause subsidence or uplift of the ground surface,or even lead to a shutdown.If the propulsion system failure,it will cause the surface subsidence or uplift,or even downtime.In this paper,based on the hydraulic simulation environment of AMESim,the modeling and Simulation of the hydraulic propulsion system of the shield machine are studied:(1)study the fault mechanism of hydraulic system and introduce the simulation method of hydraulic system.Modeling and modeling process of hydraulic system simulation software,and analysis of hydraulic components application in hydraulic system(proportional control valve,proportional relief valve and hydraulic cylinder)to the mathematical model in AMESim simulation platform.The main task of simulation technology is to reveal the inherent relationship between the known and unknown objects,and to study the inherent characteristics and operation rules of unknown objects.The uncertain function of the machine can be reproduced by computer simulation,but it needs a lot of test data in the process of modeling.In the process of modeling,the model should not be nonlinear but should be linear,which is to avoid the uncertainty of mathematical processing.However,the actual hydraulic system is a complex,closed,nonlinear system,which will lead to the physical model based on the simulation of hydraulic system fault simulation is greatly reduced.So this process need to constantly improve the fault samples,when modeling and Simulation of a fault sample,put into application in the actual system,such as encountered in the actual process of fault sample appears,simulation analysis,the establishment of a new sample.(2)modeling and Simulation of hydraulic system of shield machine by AMESim.The hydraulic system is characterized by complex structure,nonlinear parameters,the system modeling and simulation is helpful to understand the performance of the system,the overall analysis and evaluation of the system.The module library in AMESim is used to build the system model,and the dynamic process of the system is analyzed.According to the actual hydraulic system,the mathematical model and the simulation model are established for the specific components,and the parameters of the simulation model are set up according to the measured actual signals.It provides the basis for fault simulation and fault sample acquisition.(3)simulation research on the fault of proportional speed control valve,proportional relief valve and hydraulic cylinder.Through the simulation of the key hydraulic components of the hydraulic drive system of the shield machine through AMESim,the simulation method of the fault state of the system is revealed.through the hydraulic system fault injection experimental platform,verify the effectiveness of the proportional pressure valve,proportional relief valve and hydraulic cylinder fault simulation model.The simulation test platform of hydraulic system is established,the data sample is collected on the test bench,the error curve is drawn,and the validity of the simulation platform is verified.
