There are some problems in the tunnel engineering area,such as complex geological conditions,severe rock weathering and special rocks,which bring great difficulties for the safe construction of tunnel engineering,prevent the occurrence of landslides and provide a scientific basis for the application time of the linings,more and more attention has been paid to the monitoring and measurement work.In this paper,the Xitieche No.2 tunnel as an example,based on the load-structure model using ANSYS software to simulate the tunnel stress.The ultimate deformation and bending moment diagram,shear diagram and axial attempt of tunnel were calculated and the structural safety factor of the secondary lining was calculated.Monitoring measurement program was developed,measuring instruments and measurement frequency was determined.In accordance with the requirements of the specification,the layout of the section of the vault,the amount of clearance deformation and the surface subsidence in the shallow section and the arrangement of the measuring points were worked out,and the sketch of the section and measuring point arrangement were drawn.According to the unbiased NGM(1,1,k)model,the subsidence velocity of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is predicted to be 0.14832mm/d,38 days after blasting excavation,less than 0.15 mm/d,meeting the requirements of the code,The accumulated deformation of surrounding rock is 14.38 mm.The surrounding rock horizontal convergence is 0.196 28 mm/d,64 days after blasting excavation,less than 0.2 mm/d,which meets the requirements of the code.The accumulated deformation of surrounding rock is 20.88 mm.The monitoring results can provide a scientific basis for subsequent construction and provide reference for similar projects.
