Research On Internal Control Of Construction Project

Since the Reform and Opening up,along with the rapid development of the national economy,China's infrastructure has been fully improved and improved,construction enterprises have also made considerable progress,the number of enterprises continues to increase,the scale of enterprises continues to increase,the emergence of a number of internationally competitive construction enterprises.At present,with the general secretary of Xi Jinping "along the way" initiative and the implementation of the grand plan to promote the international and domestic infrastructure market for construction enterprises to provide a major development opportunities.But the challenges also followed,the international market environment is complex,highly competitive,domestic construction enterprises must change the past extensive management model,do internal control to achieve meticulous management,to meet the challenges,seize the opportunity to become bigger and stronger.Based on the theory of internal control at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and the prevailing problems in the internal control of construction enterprises.Taking A construction enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems of internal control of enterprise management,and then takes project management as the breakthrough point,and puts forward an internal control scheme from the grasp of key management procedures.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the project management of construction enterprises.
