Based on the Shuo-Huang Railway Power Supply Training,for high quality heavy haul railways traction power supply requirements Characteristics,a teaching equipment for traction power supply was developed to meet the requirements of high quality of traction power supply for heavy-duty railways.Different from the traditional traction power teaching equipment,it pays attention to training for patrolling,stumbling operation and accident handling of traction substation equipment.The traction power supply simulation experiment platform developed pays more attention to the simulation of the electrical quantity during the operation of the traction power supply system,which can help the students to study and analyze the operation of the traction power supply system more intuitively.The traction power supply auxiliary teaching equipment consists of two parts,a traction power supply simulation experiment platform and a traction transformer detection assembly.The designed traction power supply simulation experiment platform includes the most basic equipment for the traction power supply circuit operation.The equipments are connected according to the actual conditions at the project site and can carry out live simulation experiments.The designed traction transformer detection module is operated by two microprocessors.The ATT7022 C energy measurement chip is responsible for the collection of three-phase electrical parameters.The master chip STM32f103RBT6 completes the management of the measurement chip and data.The detection results are displayed on the LCD12864.Accurately reflect the operating parameters of the traction transformer on the traction power supply experimental platform to facilitate the user's observation.Using the developed traction power supply auxiliary teaching device,relevant experiments were conducted,and experimental data were analyzed in depth.The objective theoretical formulas were mutually corroborated and basically reached the design goal.The device can help the railway power supply training personnel to effectively carry out the traction power supply teaching work.It has the characteristics of small system footprint,low construction cost,low operating cost,low maintenance workload,and high safety in use.It is an existing teaching method for traditional railway power supply.
