| Fuzhou Metro Line 1 Luofu between the poor geological conditions,rich groundwater,along the building is more intensive,and under the viaduct,the tunnel edge of the nearest distance from the pile is only 4.8m.In this paper,combined with the actual project of the Luofu Interval Mine Tunnel in Fuzhou Metro Line 1,it analyzes and puts forward the reasonable construction scheme and the treatment measures of the existing buildings.What’s more,two kinds of construction schemes,such as blasting excavation and upper step milling excavation combined with lower step blasting excavation,which are carried out for the upper and lower soft strata.Combined with the next step blasting excavation of the construction program more secure,economical.In order to further study the deformation mechanism and law of the existing bridge under the tunnel method,three-dimensional nonlinear finite simulation program FLAC3 D is used to simulate the construction process of the tunnel under the existing bridge.The calculation shows that when the existing bridge is under the construction of the mine,the settlement of the piers on the 48 th is larger than that of the piers.The construction should adopt the reinforcement measures such as the sleeve valve tube to prevent the bridge from damaging due to settlement;Piers 47 and 48 piers are tuned to about 10 m in the tunnel,the settlement change is most obvious,construction to this position should be used to advance reinforcement,control blasting and other measures to control settlement.At the end of the article,the author summarizes the risk factors in the construction of the mine tunnel and the failure mode caused by the existing bridge.The construction risk of the Luofu interval tunnel project of Fuzhou Metro Line 1 is evaluated,and the evaluation result is high risk.Safe and reliable risk control measures. |
