| As one of the key components of the engine cylinder,the processing technique of cylinder liner directly affects the performance of the engine.Because the cylinder liner belongs to thin wall parts,it has low stiffness and poor processing technique,It is easy to deform In the process of processing such as cutting force,clamping force and high temperature etc.,so that affects the machining precision and quality of cylinder liner.Therefore,do the research of the thin wall cylinder processing technique and deformation,has a very important significance.This paper according to the thin wall cylinder by Jingang internal-combustion engine parts company as the research object,through the detailed analysis of the processing technique and machining method of cylinder liner,with the method of computer simulation to simulate the process of the cylinder liner,to explore the influence of cylinder liner deformation factors,in order to provide reference for the processing of thin walled cylinder.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Describes the research significance of process for thin wall cylinder liner and its deformation analysis,the cylinder liner research status at home and abroad and the analysis method of processing deformation.(2)The cylinder liner process specification design.Introduces the datum selection during designing process specification,the process route design,the machining allowance and precision grade in the process of cylinder liner machining process,and determine the back engagement,feed rate,cutting speed and a series of processing parameters.(3)From the fixture design of thin wall cylinder liner,the main analysis of inner hole honing process,so that reduce the deformation of the cylinder liner by honing fixture.(4)With the method of computer simulation,statics analysis is carried out on the cylinder liner,acquire the cylinder honing fixture maximum clamping force when location the cylinder liner.Ensure the cylinder liner when positioning will not cause structural failure by clamping force.(5)Uses thermal simulation to simulate of the cylinder liner machining process,analyze the deformation caused by temperature during the process,to provide guidance for the process equipment in cylinder liner processing,cutting parameters selection and so on,so as to ensure the thermal deformation of cylinder liner in the permitted range.(6)Use dynamic simulation to simulate cylinder liner processing procedure,analyze the cylinder liner deformation by motivated in the process of honing,provides theory basis for the choice cutting tools in machining process,number of sand bars and the spindle speed.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and computer simulation method provides reference for cylinder liner in the machining process and processing parameters,so as to improve the machining accuracy and quality of cylinder liner. |
