In recent years,the diesel engine is required to maintain the power,reliability,economy and environmental protection,at the same time,its performance requirements have been gradually improved,more and more attention to cylinder pressure,exhaust emissions,and so on,gradually highlights the important role of cylinder liner in diesel engine.The working condition of cylinder liner in diesel engine is very bad,and the defornation under high temperature and pressure is very common,which directly affects the working performance of diesel engine,and makes it become the top priority in diesel engine research.In this paper,16V240ZJD diesel engine is taken as the research object,and the cylinder liner deformation under mechanical load and thermal load(rated working state)of the cold engine under working state(non-working state)is studied respectively.First of all,through the collection and study of 16V240ZJD diesel engine and related data,this paper understands the specific reasons affecting the cylinder liner deformation.Through previous studies and summary,the empirical formula is used to calculate the bolt pre-tightening force,cylinder bursting pressure and piston side pressure of 16V240ZJD diesel engine.Then,based on the heat load analysis method of diesel engine,the heat transfer calculation model of combustion chamber in cylinder,the heat conduction calculation model of cylinder inner wall and the heat transfer boundary calculation model of cooling water chamber are comprehensively discussed.Combined with the specific characteristics of 16V240ZJD diesel engine,various boundary conditions are reasonably used to lay a foundation for the next step of eylinder liner deformation analysis.Second,clarify the calculation model and distribution of bolt pre-tightening force model,the dynamic calculation model on the basis of crankshaft connecting rod,according to the actual situation of diesel engine,using GT-Power software for the whole machine modeling in simulation experiment,and the working process of diesel engine cart be measured in a working cycle in cylinder pressure and temperature in cylinder and the cylinder inside the working parameters such as heat transfer coefficient.Then,using ANSYS software,finite element modeling is carried out on the body,cylinder liner,cylinder head and fixing bolt.In the case of cold machine,the influence of bolt pre-tightening force on cylinder liner deformation is simulated and calculated.In the case of heat engine,the influence of bolt preload,cylinder gas pressure,piston side pressure,mechanical load and heat on the cylinder liner deformation of diesel engine is simulated and calculated.Finally,by analyzing the cold machine and engine data with the Fourier transform of the use of analysis methods,so as to further simulate the deformation of cylinder liner,radial deformation of cold machine and engine cylinder liner under the influence of the two kinds of different factors on the quantitative calculation and analysis,the main influence on deformation of cylinder liner,a comprehensive appraisal is made on the influence factors.
