Working Capital Management Case Study Of Baer Machinery Co.,Ltd.

In recent years,after the impact of the fluctuating international market and the financial crisis,many enterprises have realized that the capital is the key to the development of enterprises,and the life and death of the enterprise is related to the survival of the capital.Working capital management is the most important part of enterprise management,which is the key factor for the long-term development of enterprises.This paper selects Baer machinery Co.,Ltd as the research object.It has a large amount of capital and a long-term recovery period during the operation process.First,based on the study through the domestic and foreign theory about working capital management,this paper detailed description of the operation of the application of the essence and necessity;Second,through case analysis and the application of working capital management practice,this paper pointed out that Baer machinery Co.,Ltd.in working capital management of the remaining defects and deficiencies,to explore the reasons for the formation of the problem and make some advance on working capital management of Baer machinery Co.,Ltd.This paper consists of bellowing six sections:The first section,research background and related literature review.It will state the social environment background and review the literature on the management of working capital at homeland and abroad,and then put forward the research ideas and framework of this text.The second section,theoretical analysis of working capital.This paper focuses on the theoretical content of working capital management,expounds the development and limitations of traditional working capital management theory,and introduces the theory of working capital management based on channel management.The third section,analysis on the current situation of Baer's working capital management.It will introduce the basic situation of Baer machinery Co.,Ltd.,This paper analyzes the current situation of Baer company's 2014-2016 years' working capital management,and analyzes the scale,internal structure and main items of Baer's working capital separately,and analyzes the working capital management of Baer company based on traditional perspective The forth section,from the perspective of channel management,we analyze and evaluate the performance of Baer company's working capital management,and explore the problems existing in Baer's working capital management.The fifth section,to strengthen the management of working capital of Baer company.This chapter is a summary of the full text,on the basis of the above case study,put forward feasible suggestions and draw the relevant conclusions.It is hoped that the enterprises in the iron and steel industry in our country can provide reference for the implementation of working capital management and promote the enterprises to adopt the reasonable and effective working capital management method to improve the comprehensive competitiveness in working capital management.The sixth section,a very brief conclusion and prospect.The conclusions of this study can provide some reference for small businesses,especially for enterprises with obvious characteristics,such as high level of receivables and inventory,low overall profitability,large demand for capital and single financing channels.
