The main purpose of the Scheduling and Dispatching system is to schedule the production tasks,and make the production line to produce efficiently and have a certain anti-disturbance capability.The automated parallel flexible production line considers factors such as the tool scheduling time and the availability of materials when scheduling.The production line control method should enable the production line control system to have such features as high availability and portability.In this paper,the scheduling and scheduling system of the production line is studied and designed from two aspects: the production line control method and the production scheduling algorithm,according to the characteristics of the parallel flexible production line.According to the actual situation and demand of the production line,the scheduling problem is classified and the scheduling model is determined.It lays the foundation for delivery framework of scheduling instructions and scheduling algorithm design.This paper follows the principles of system decoupling,distributed,interpretation execution,and high availability,and designs a dispatching instruction delivery architecture that combines distributed and interpreted execution to achieve control of the production line.This method improves the accuracy,stability,and portability of the production line control system,facilitates mass production of flexible production lines,and enables flexible production lines to have high availability.Then,this paper uses particle swarm algorithm to solve the flexible production line scheduling problem that considers the tool preparation time of the machine tool,adopts the level target method to realize the fitness function and adds the task verification,to achieve the actual demand functions such as Specifying machine to process some tasks,urgent order insertion queue production,and the shortest out-time.Then verifying the feasibility of thealgorithm by MATLAB.Then the dynamic scheduling function is realized by designing a dynamic scheduling strategy.Finally,this paper implements the software implementation of the scheduling calculation module and the delivery framework of dispatching instruction.
