The measurement of the thickness of the workpiece is an important part of the manufacturing process of the section structure parts.The uniformity of the thickness of the workpiece must be kept in a small range.If it exceeds this range,the subsequent remedial link of the workpiece is quite complex.At present,the wall thickness measurement of the section structure is mostly selected by manual ultrasonic testing instrument,and the way of marking is easy to produce many problems,such as slow replacement of fixture and fixture,difficult to guarantee the consistency of precision,large manual strength and so on,thus the rapid automatic detection of the wall thickness of the workpiece is carried out.In this paper,an automatic wall thickness detection system based on non contact and without coupling agent based on electromagnetic ultrasound is studied to solve the existing problems in the detection of the wall thickness of the section structure parts.The information collection of the wall thickness of the segment structure and the data processing of the later wall thickness are completed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)first of all,according to the actual situation of the wall thickness detection of the segment structure and the requirements of the wall thickness detection technology of the manufacturer,the overall scheme framework of the wall thickness detection system based on the electromagnetic ultrasonic is proposed on the basis of the domestic and foreign pipeline wall thickness detection equipment.(2)based on the study of the principle of the electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement,the design requirements of each part of the wall thickness detection system for the segment structure are proposed.The detailed design and development of the mechanical design part,the motion control part and the data collection part of the wall thickness of the wall thickness detection system have been carried out,and a set of different types can be realized.The cabin wall structure with different length diameter thick fast automatic detection system.(3)The point cloud registration and model reconstruction algorithm are used to complete the model reconstruction and compare with the standard model to get the wall thickness deviation.laboratory test of the wall thickness detection system for cabin structural components is carried out to verify whether the thickness measurement system can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.In order to obtain coordinate information data using wall thickness detection and cutting system software to complete the model reconstruction of the section structure,and compare with the standard model,the super difference of wall thickness is obtained and the machining process of the section structure parts is combined to automatically generate the numerical control G code processing program of the cabin structure to ensure the section structure parts.The uniformity of the wall thickness.
