Driving Cycle Construction Of Xian And Parameters Matching Of Hybrid Electric Vehicle

The automobile driving conditions play an important role in vehicle development design,parameter matching,and emission detection.The driving conditions in different countries,regions and cities are also different.Therefore,the construction of driving conditions that meet the actual traffic conditions in a specific area is of great significance for the development of automotive products suitable for the region.Based on the actual traffic data of public transport,a variety of methods are used to construct the conditions.It also proposes three methods to build urban conditions through the coupling of data.Based on the construction conditions,the power system parameters matching of the hybrid bus are completed.The vehicle model and vehicle control strategy model are established,and the vehicle dynamics and economy are simulated and analyzed.The main research contents of this article are as follows: statistical analysis of bus stations and circuit conditions,screening of typical bus lines,acquisition of driving condition data,and preprocessing of condition data such as idle calibration,cusp interpolation,and long-stroke interception.The convergence of the typical line condition data are determined using the stability data of eight operating conditions.This paper uses five methods to build conditions,such as cluster analysis.Through the calculation of the eigenvalue error and the similarity of V-A matrix,the advantages and disadvantages of the five methods and the scope of application are compared.This paper proposes three methods to construct urban working conditions,such as data coupling method in suburbs and cities,coupling of line data,and coupling of line conditions.The applicability of the three methods is analyzed from the characteristics of error calculation and construction methods.The parameters of a certain city hybrid bus including the engine,motor,drive train,and battery are matched.The vehicle model and logic gate control strategy model of the hybrid bus are established.Then the urban conditions in Xi'an are introduced into the model,and the whole vehicle dynamics and economy are analyzed through the joint simulation...
