MOH material is a new type of semi-flexible pavement material.It can save a lot of energy and reduce environmental pollution compared with hot mix construction.It is the direction of road construction and maintenance technology in the future.However,the material mixing and spreading equipment is still blank at home and abroad.The design methods and results of the structural parameters and motion parameters of the existing stabilized soil mixer,slurry seal mixer and cement concrete mixer cannot be completely copied.Therefore,based on the support of the national science and technology support project,according to the overall design requirements of the MOH material mixing and spreading machine,the structural parameters and motion parameters of the MOH material mixer are designed.The agitator which conforms to the characteristics of MOH materials is designed to improve the mixing quality of MOH material and to meet the construction requirements of the integration of mixing spreading and compaction of MOH material.Firstly,the paper analyzes the structure types of slurry seal mixer,stabilized soil mixer and cement concrete mixer.According to the material characteristics of MOH material,the structure type of MOH material mixer is selected.The dynamics and kinematics of MOH particles in stirring process were analyzed,and the mathematical models of structural parameters and motion parameters of agitator were established by means of dynamics and kinematics analysis of MOH material particles,laboratory experiments and practical engineering experience.With reference to the power calculation methods of slurry seal mixer,stabilized soil mixer and cement concrete mixer,the parameters related to the material properties affecting the power are tested,and the experimental study is carried out by using a small batch agitator.The calculation formula of continuous mixing power of MOH material mixing and spreading integrator is put forward,the three-dimensional model of agitator test device is established by using solidworks software,and the mixing process is simulated and analyzed by edem software,and the filling rate of agitator is obtained.The influence of blade installation angle,stirring speed and stirring time on the agitator productivity and agitation quality was studied,and the stirring time,power and productivity of the agitator test unit were studied.The experimental results of productivity and agitation time are basically consistent with the simulation results,which verify the correctness of the simulation method,and the results of the power test are basically consistent with the results of the calculation formula,and the correctness of the power calculation formula is verified.It can provide the basis of power calculation for serial product design,and optimize the structural parameters of agitator test device by using the mathematical model of MOH material agitator structure parameter and motion parameter.The model of agitator with optimized parameters is established and simulated.The results show that the agitator with optimized parameters can meet the requirements of maximum productivity and reasonable mixing time,and the mixing uniformity is obviously higher than that before parameter optimization.
