Base on metamorphic mechanism of extra-high-voltage power transmission lines which is proposed by research group. Take stroked lines metamorphic mechanism good transmission performance and reconfiguration reliability as goals. Analysis forces and parameter design of stroked lines metamorphic mechanism. The simulation of stroked lines metamorphic mechanism confirms by using the simulation software. The main contents of this paper include:Firstly, as the goal, stroked lines metamorphic mechanism has good transmission performance, to achieve stroked lines metamorphic mechanism size optimization design.Secondly, using three-dimensional software Solidworks establish the mechanical body model of stroked lines metamorphic mechanism. Based model to calculate the binding parameters on the direction of metamorphic kinematic pair motion, while meet timing motion of metamorphic mechanism. According to the parameters design the mechanical structure and springs.Again, does motion simulation through software Solidworks Motion after added the actual binding parameters of metamorphic kinematic pair and physical collision condition in the Solidworks Motion. Through motion simulation confirm rationality of timing motion of stroked lines metamorphic mechanism, it also confirm the binding parameters designed before was reasonable.Finally, taking care of the unreasonable problem of local structure, the structure of mechanisms maybe face be changed, binding parameters will be changed, thus affect rationality of timing motion. Considering these problems, the application MATLAB GUI Graphical User was developed to solve binding parameters on the direction of metamorphic kinematic pair motion. The efficiency of the design stroked lines metamorphic mechanism was greatly improved.
