Material crushing is the process of the material under the action of external forces and its geometrical shape from large to small.Material crushing plays an important role in the national economy.Due to the complexity of the material crushing process,the research on the process of material crushing is not deep.Symmetrical dispersed particle discrete element theory for the study of the development of mechanical system.the mechanism,provides a theoretical basis can be intuitive EDEM under specific conditions of the material of the broken state into the analysis and study to choose a good work structure parameters,its methods and means on exploring material crushing mechanism has been effectively used.This paper studies the main characteristic parameters of the new high efficiency and energy saving cone crusher PLM1500 I,which is developed by the project team and guangdong shaoguan lei meng heavy machinery manufacturing co.,LTD.In this paper,we can divide the factors into three types: the characteristics of the bulk rock material,the performance factors of the cone crusher and the structural factors of the cone crusher.According to this classification in this article,we select several parameters that have a large impact on the crushing process,such as the moving cone rotational speed,the precession Angle,the feeding granularity,etc.Then,the 3d modeling software is used to model the cavity of the crusher,wherein the structural parts include a fixed conical liner,a moving cone,a moving cone,and a central axis.Finally,the established model is imported into the discrete element analysis software EDEM.Analysis material parameters,contact model,particle parameters,geometric motion characteristics,etc.The force data of the material and the lining board were obtained by the simulation study of the crusher at different feeding size,different moving cone speed and different precession Angle.It is concluded that increasing the precession Angle can improve the production capacity of the crusher.Improving the working efficiency of the moving cone speed;At the same time,it can reduce the void fraction of the crushing cavity by using smaller raw stone materials,and the crushing force is great to realize the crushing of lamination.the conclusion in this paper can provide data for the cone crusher production design reference,and laid the foundation for with in-depth study.
