A Study On Deep Cooperation Mechanism Between Land Port And Harbor

Cross-boundary logistics network formed by the cooperation of Land port and Harbor is an important measure to link up the “New Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,but due to the lack of a practical and universal cooperation mechanism,the effectiveness of the cooperation between Land port and Harbor is not obvious,which hinders the advancement of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the development of the exportoriented economy in inland provinces,thus it is urgent to establish the mechanism of deepening cooperation between Land port and Harbor.In this dissertation,an analytical framework of deepening the cooperation mechanism of Land port and Harbor is constructed by using game theory and numerical simulation methods and so on based on the perspective of the integrated field.It takes strategic selection mechanism,distribution mechanism,and logistics chain cooperation mechanism as research object,then systematic studies of the dynamic processes and specific approaches of cooperative decision making by cooperative entities in different cooperation scenarios,it provides theoretical guidance for the stability and development of the cooperation between Land port and Harbor.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.Constructed a strategy selection model,we can see: the formation of cooperation is positively correlated with the additional benefits and penalty costs,it is negatively correlated with the risk coefficient,input cost and extra attractive benefits,and there is an optimal income distribution coefficient which makes the cooperative partner the most likely to cooperate and provides the basis for strategic choice for cooperation development.Constructed a profit distribution model,we can see: in long-term cooperation,the profit distribution coefficient of cooperative entities is positively related to their relative dominant position,and those with higher relative advantages will pay more attention to short-term gains,leading to the willingness to default on long-term cooperation,numerical simulations verify that the conclusions can provide practical guidance for the rational distribution of benefits.Constructed a coordinated evolutionary game model of logistics chain,we can see: the degree of effort in logistics integration was positively correlated with the penalty cost,negatively related to the difference in income,and management and incentives should be emphasized in the process of cooperation between platform integration and logistics integration.Based on the case of cooperation between Xi'an Port and Qingdao Port,makes an analysis on the theoretical research results of this paper,verified feasibility the Operability and of the theoretical study of this paper.
