Research On The Promotion Planning Of Underground Space Along The Rail Transit Of Xi’an City Centre

With the rapid development of cities in China in recent years,the urbanization rate has reached 58.52%,and the urban central area is facing problems such as land development saturation,road traffic congestion,and deterioration of the space environment.Metro-based rail transit links the development of public transportation in the city central area and the highintensity composite development of land along the line,leading to the multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional comprehensive development of the land along the line is the development trend of the current era.Taking the opportunity of rail transit construction and development as an opportunity to efficiently develop the underground space along the track of the central area,promote the simultaneous development of the underground space and the city as a whole,and sparkplug the transformation of the city from a sprawling extension to a connotation-raising style,optimize the urban space environment,and enhance the city’s overall bearing capacity.Significant works.First of all,the dissertation cardings,summarize and conclude the relevant research progress and theories of urban underground space utilization and urban rail transit from home and abroad,then analyzes classic cases,obtains basic theoretical support and planning practice for reference.Clarify the characteristics of underground space’s development and utilization along the track of the central area,and explore the mechanisms for the coordinated development of rail transit,land use,and underground space;At the same time,analyzes the forms of development of underground transportation,commercial,public,and integrated space along the track,and proposes its corresponding characteristics and functional environment adaptability;The existing problems of underground space regulations and policies are sorted out.Then we proposed four strategies for the promotion of three-dimensional function allocation,efficient traffic organization,public space activation,and comprehensive development management,and constructed a method and system for the promotion of underground space along the track of the central area.Secondly,through the field investigation on the status quo of the underground space along the track of Xi’an downtown area,then analyze the status quo of its overall and important transfer stations.At the same time,on the basis of a thorough study of the theoretical basis,planning practice,and the status quo of the research area,a step-by-step hierarchical evaluation index system was constructed.Establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the underground space along the track along the Xi’an downtown area on development,transportation,environment,and policies level.Finally,based on the previous study,Dedece a normalized exploitation quantity and put forward a systematic Promotion plan with certain operability and adaptability on the Stereo development configuration(roads,squares,buildings)、Efficient traffic organization(overall,walking,public,parking)、Public space activation(entrance,space environment,humanization)、Comprehensive development management(development,management)along the track in Xi’an City Centre.Then,we hope to provide some reference value for related research.
