With the rapid development of the transportation industry,the use of rubber tires continues to increase,and the random disposal of used tires has aggravated environmental pollution and shortage of rubber resources.How to recycle waste tires is an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently.The rubber powder industry is an important way for the comprehensive utilization of waste rubber.However,the application of rubber powder in road engineering has attracted widespread attention.But,there are still problems such as unstable quality and poor storage stability during the processing and use of asphalt rubber.The production of asphalt rubber with good uniformity and stability in order to increase the efficiency of the use of asphalt rubber.This is the focus of asphalt rubber research.This article is based on this,through the rubber powder pretreatment to improve the stability of rubber asphalt,in order to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the application of rubber asphalt.First,the infrared spectroscopy instrument was used to analyze the damage of the internal structure of the rubber powder with different microwave time and heating time.It shows that the oven heating seriously destroys the crosslinks inside the powder;With the extension of microwave processing time,the cross-linking bonds in the powder are also gradually destroyed.The peak area corresponding to the carbon-carbon bond and the carbon-sulfur bond in the microwave was reduced by 53% with respect to the untreated rubber powder in the microwave at 4 to 5 minutes.At this time,the rubber powder had a proper elasticity and plasticity.This paper is based on the combination of the predecessors.Analyze the effect of rubber powder content,mesh number,shear time and temperature on asphalt rubber.Optimized the preparation process of asphalt rubber.Recommend 60 mesh powder microwave 5min,the dosage is 17%~19%,preparation temperature 185 °C,cutting time 45 min,and development 30 min at 165°C.The DSR was used to perform temperature scanning,linear amplitude sweeping,and multi-stress creep recovery tests on the microwave-treated rubber-modified asphalt and the oven-heated rubber-modified asphalt.Analyze the effect of the two methods on the performance of asphalt rubber.It shows that the high-temperature anti-rutting and anti-fatigue performances of oven-heated pretreated rubber-modified asphalt are greatly reduced.The rutting resistance and fatigue performance of the rubber modified asphalt of the 40 mesh and 60 mesh rubber powders after microwave activation slightly decreased.From the standpoint of the stability of the rubber modified asphalt,the recommended microwave time is 4 minutes to 6 minutes.Force measurement ductility and DSR was used to analyze the low temperature properties and storage stability of microwave-activated asphalt rubber and oven-heat treated asphalt rubber.The FDT curve can be used to evaluate the low temperature properties of asphalt rubber.It is feasible to use the segregation rate R6 to evaluate the storage stability of the asphalt rubber.Microwave treatment for 4 to 5 minutes can improve the low temperature properties and storage stability of asphalt rubber.The oven heating method reduces the low temperature characteristics and storage stability of the asphalt rubber.
