At present,wind energy is one of the indispensable renewable energy sources all over the world.Therefore,various countries pay more attention to the measurement and evaluation of the noise of wind turbines.The paper is based on the IEC61400-11 international standard,and mainly elaborates some relevant theoretical issues on noise test of wind turbines.At the same time,the dedicated system is achieved for the wind turbines noise testing,analyzing and evaluating.Its main content is as follows:Based on Lab VIEW virtual technology,this paper design and develop a noise test system for wind turbines.The system contains two parts: the lower computer(hardware part)and the upper computer(software part).The lower computer hardware mainly includes various sensors,DAQs,data transmission and other auxiliary equipments.The sensors mainly include sound sensors,voltage and current sensors,wind speed sensors,wind direction sensors and temperature sensors.Then the sensors are connected with different DAQs,And the ADAM DAQs is connected to the wireless data transmission device.Finally,all hardware devices are connected with each other and debugged,which complete the construction of the hardware acquisition part of the lower computer.The upper computer software part is the core part of the entire wind turbine noise test system.This part mainly realizes data communication,data analysis algorithm and functional module design through Lab VIEW virtual technology.The data communication part mainly adopts the Modbus protocol combined with the serial communication method,which achieving the real-time transmission of noise,power and wind speed,wind direction and temperature data of the wind turbines through Lab VIEW programming.The data analysis algorithm realizes the classification and analysis of the narrow band spectrum,1 / 3 octave and audible noise spectrum of the wind turbine noise through the research on the related theory of wind turbine noise measurement and evaluation.The data function module realizes the design of data acquisition unit,data processing unit and data management unit in the wind turbine noise test system,and designs a friendly man-machine interface.The upper computer based on Lab VIEW for wind turbine noise test and evaluation system design not only realizes the accuracy of wind turbine noise test and analysis,but also shortens the development cycle of the whole test system.After the design of the whole wind turbine noise test system is completed,the actual wind turbine noise data acquisition is carried out in the wind farm,and the stability of the system in the actual measurement process is verified through the measurement of multiple sets of actual data,realizing the 1 / 3 octave,narrow-band pitch spectrum and pitch audibility calculation and analysis.At the same time,the various index data obtained by analysis and calculation are plotted by using MATLAB as the platform and cubic polynomial interpolation method.Thereby,the main noise range of the wind turbine noise is analyzed and obtained.
