With the deterioration of environment,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection.In the field of automobile,electric vehicle has become the focus of research and development in environmental protection due to its advantages of low pollution and high efficiency.In electric vehicle,the auxiliary subsystem is an essential part,therefore,DC-DC and DC-AC integrated power supply is the energy part of the auxiliary subsystem of electric vehicle,and its research is of great importance.This article describes the phase shift full bridge circuit topology of DC-DC converter and the boost-full bridge cascaded circuit topology of DC-AC converter,introduces their working principle;According to the design requirements,draws the principle drawing by using the Altium Designer 16 software,and gives the selection and design process of components in principle drawing;Above research content is modeled based on the Saber simulation platform,and the feasibility of the design is verified by analyzing the simulation results;The DSP related circuit is designed,determine the DSP with the TMS320F28035 digital signal processor of TI company,and the related data of the processor is introduced.The design of DSP peripheral circuit,voltage sampling circuit,current and temperature sampling circuit and internal power supply circuit is completed;Finally,the experimental prototype of DC-DC converter and DC-AC converter is made,and the experimental platform is built,analyses the waveform of the key nodes in the converter,tests the efficiency of the converter,draws the efficiency curve and analyze the reason.The experimental results show that:(1)ZVS soft switch is realized by phase shift full bridge circuit in DC-DC converter,the output efficiency of the converter is improved.(2)the Boost and the full bridge cascade circuit in the DC-AC converter can output the50Hz/220 V AC voltage under the input voltage of 200V-700 V,increase the use range of the integrated power supply.(3)The integrated power supply has over voltage,over current,over temperature protection functions,security and stability.(4)DSP has excellent digital control performance,using TMS320F28035 as the main control chip can ensure the integrated power supply run at high speed and accurate state.
