China's expressway started late but developed fast.By the end of 2016,the national expressway has a mileage of 124500 kilometers,ranking the first in the world.Human resources are crucial for a country's expansion of rail and road networks.Toll collectors are the undertaking subjects of fast developing expressway,whose job performance should be taken into consideration for expressway management enterprises to seek healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,expressway management enterprises need to develop a strategic resource which is conducive to revenue growth,which can incentive toll collectors to turn the external pressure into internal power,stimulate their potential and encourage their positive work.It not only brings personal performance improvement,but also promotes organizational performance and benefits the enterprise development.This paper studies the influencing factors of job performance of expressway toll collectors,in view of psychological capital.It includes the following aspects:(1)Make a questionnaire of psychological capital and job performance,which adapts to the domestic expressway toll group.(2)Measure the psychological capital and job performance of toll collectors in Y company.(3)Do statistics and analysis of research data.(4)Analyse the influencing factors of job performance of expressway toll collectors,in view of psychological capital.(5)Explore positive ways to enhance the psychological capital and job performance of expressway toll collectors.It takes Y company as the research object,which is a state-owned enterprise of expressway management in Ningbo.The data of toll collectors' psychological capital and job performance are collected by questionnaire,using Likert scale.And further analysed for differential analysis,sample T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS software,in order to study the influencing factors of job performance on the perspective of psychological capital.This study found that:(1)The measurement of psychological capital of expressway toll collector shows that: the average value of the four dimensions of self efficiency,hope,resilience and optimism is around 3.87,and psychological capital is in the middle upper level.Among them,there are no obvious differences among individuals in self-efficacy and resilience,and there are small differences between the individuals of hope and optimism.(2)The measurement of toll collectors' job performance shows that: the average value of two dimensions of task performance and relationship performance is 4.56 and 4.44,which indicates that their job performance level is respectively high,and the difference between individuals is not obvious.Comparatively,task performance is better than relationship performance.(3)The variance in job performance analysis and sample T test shows that: gender,age,years of work are not significantly affected to collectors' performance(including task performance and contextual performance),but different degrees have significance on job performance(including task performance and relationship performance).The higher degree is,the better performance will be.What is more,the difference that degree is reflected on task performance is more obvious than on relationship performance.(4)Correlation analysis of psychological capital and work performance shows that: there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and job performance.Meanwhile,self efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism are significantly related to task performance and relationship performance.(5)The regression of psychological capital and job performance analysis shows that: resilience,overall psychological capital has conspicuous positive domino effect on task performance,while self-efficacy,hope,optimism has no significant effect on task performance;self-efficacy,overall psychological capital has noteworthy plus effect on relationship performance,hope,resilience and optimism has no significant effect on relationship performance.Based on the above five points,management measures for expressway toll collectors are proposed as follows: namely the construction of enterprise talent value chain;the psychological capital involving into the process of human resource management;the implementation of the toll group help plan,through enhancing self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism to promote organization and employee performance.
