| The toll stations often have congestion and delays during peak hours such as holidays because of the traffic capacity of expressway toll stations is unable to match the traffic flow of the main line of expressways.Toll stations have always been the bottleneck of expressways.Existing research cannot reduce the delays and emissions caused by vehicles at toll gates.In order to better improve the operating efficiency of toll gates and reduce operating costs;in the general environment of "cancellation of provincial border stations",it is urgent to study and analyze the overall operation of the toll booths and formulate a reasonable Control operating strategy.In order to solve the above problems,this paper refers to relevant materials and research results at home and abroad.Firstly,it analyzes the system structure,toll system,toll lanes,etc.of the toll station area.According to the field survey of toll stations planned to "cancel the provincial border toll stations",the traffic flow characteristics of toll stations before and after the station withdrawal are studied respectively,including: vehicle composition,vehicle arrival characteristics,vehicle operation in toll station area,driving behavior and lane change behavior.Secondly,the macro-and micro-parameters of the traffic flow are introduced to analyze the capacity of the free-flow main line toll stations and entrance toll stations.By analyzing the minimum safe head distance of ETC vehicles and the braking process of ETC vehicles,the ETC single-lane capacity calculation model is established,and the capacity reduction factor of ETC lanes under different factors is determined;based on the M / G / K queuing theory,it is determined The calculation formula of MTC multi-lane capacity,the toll service matrix based on the number of MTC lanes opened and the average queue length of MTC lanes are variables;the formula for calculating the total capacity of toll stations is obtained.Finally,the VISSIM simulation model was established.Through the simulation of traffic flow before and after the station withdrawal,the capacity,delay,and emissions before and after the station withdrawal were verified.New and old entrance and exit toll station lane number setting strategy method and lane control plan.The results of the study show that the cancellation of provincial toll stations can effectively reduce vehicle congestion at the main line stations,exhaust emissions,and improve speed efficiency.on the premise of ensuring the service level of entrance and exit toll stations,according to the traffic volume,ETC utilization rate,and the peak of traffic flow Time,dynamically control the opening and switching of ETC and ETC / MTC lanes to reduce toll operating costs;therefore,we should vigorously promote new technologies such as ETC and ramp prepayment that need to be applied in the cancellation of provincial border stations to speed up the construction process of canceling provincial border stations.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the overall operation control of the toll area after the " canceling provincial border toll station". |
