Aircraft Antiskid braking system is an important subsystem of the aircraft,which plays an extremely important role in the aircraft's safety take-off and landing.Simulation analysis is an important tool in the design of braking system.The traditional analysis way is mainly curve and graph,which is less effective.In this paper,the modeling technology of aircraft antiskid braking system and visual simulation technology are researched,and the visual simulation technology is integrated into the simulation analysis of the aircraft antiskid braking system and the whole braking process of the aircraft could be simulated vividly by the 3-D animation,which improve the intuition and efficiency of the simulation of the aircraft antiskid braking system.Firstly,this paper analyzes and simplifies the structure and theory of aircraft antiskid braking system.Through the analysis of hydraulic,mechanics and control low,this build the simulation model on MWorks in Modelica,which include the aircraft dynamic model,the brake control valve model,the Tire/Runway model,the relationship model between the coefficient and the slip and the brake control law model.Secondly,this paper comprehensive introduce the FlightGear software,and design the visual display module based on the FlightGear.This module include the design of aircraft model,the definition of the network communication protocol and data format and communication process between FlightGear and external modules,the design of data show way on animation widget.Then,this paper design the visual control module by using VS/Qt.This module include the data processing sub-module which converts the simulation data into appropriate format to drive FlightGear,the network communication sub-module and the FlightGear control module which are developed by using C++.And finally,it is realized that the visual display control module obtain and process the simulation data,and then drive the FlightGear to display the aircraft braking process.Finally,this paper validate the simulation model and the visual display system.The data processing method and the display effect of the visual display system are verified through analyzing these simulation data,which are obtained under different working conditions.The experiment results show that the aircraft antiskid braking system simulation model is correct,and visual display system can vividly show the whole process of aircraft brakes and the change of some key parameters of aircraft antiskid system,which has a certain practical engineering significance.
