With the continuous development of China's shipping industry,more and more people have invested in the ocean,but shipping itself is a high-risk industry.Maritime salvage is the basic guarantee of shipping safety and the last line of defense of maritime safety,among which maritime helicopter gondola salvage has high efficiency,good effect and strong safety,which can ensure the life safety of trapped people and become a very important link to improve maritime rescue work.Helicopter gondola rescue skills need to undergo a lot of rigorous systematic training,but at present,pilots engaged in maritime helicopter rescue work are basically trained by real machines,which is costly,long in cycle and risky.With the development of virtual reality technology,simulation training has been applied in various industries.In this paper,the rescue simulation system of marine helicopter gondola is researched and developed,so as to save the training cost,ensure the training duration,reduce the training risk,and complement the actual training to meet the training needs of rescue helicopter pilots.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The mathematical model of flexible rope is studied.Based on the spring-mass model of classical flexible rope modeling,a new mass-spring model is put forward to simulate the helicopter sling.At the same time,the dynamic analysis of the hanging basket is carr ed out,and the motion trajectory of the hanging basket is calculated in real time Finally,the hanging rope basket is visualized in three dimensions.(2)The specific process of helicopter gondola rescue is studied,the functional requirements of rescue scene are analyzed and summarized,and the helicopter rescue scene is simulated,including scene node organization,weather environment simulation,collision detection,interactive control and so on.(3)Three-dimensional visualization of the simulation modeling of hanging rope basket is added to the helicopter rescue scene,and a prototype system of helicopter rescue simulation is constructed on the basis of FlightGear with mature technology and accurate aerodynamic model,so as to realize the simulation of the rescue operation of the maritime helicopter in the rescue process.The system realized in this paper runs smoothly,the effect is real,and the operation is simple and easy.It can basically realize the interactive operation training of helicopter gondola rescue,and initially meet the role of training gondola rescue helicopter pilots.
