Pulse power system is one of the core aspects of pulse power technology.As an important branch of pulse power technology field,high pulsed magnetic field also puts forward the corresponding requirements for its power supply.The pulsed power based on capacitor storage,which has simple structure,high reliability,convenient design and manufacture,is the most widely used in high pulsed magnetic field currently.This paper aims to develop a high-performance miniature portable pulse power supply device with the aim of generating pulsed magnetic field.Combined with system efficiency,charging rate and accuracy and other factors,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of several common capacitor charging techniques.In this paper,series resonant inverter is adopted as the core of capacitor charging power supply(CCPS).The scheme has the advantages of constant-current charging characteristic and strong anti-load short-circuit capability.According to the characteristics of the pulse current,this paper designs a freewheeling circuit.Taking the thyristor as discharge switch,this paper also designs a strong trigger circuit for it.The device works in the high frequency and high pressure environment.In the main circuit,the parasitic parameters of transformers,rectifier silicon stack and other components are necessary to be analyzed.Especially the influential impacts brought by them on the working condition of the device deserve to be investigated.To take measures for the electromagnetic interference from internal or external is another important content.In addition,designing a stable and reliable control system and making up a set of efficacious safety protection mechanism are the key contents of this subject.Based on theoretical research,simulation assistant analysis and the parameter design,this paper completes the construction and debugging of the whole device.After experimental study,the MMJ3kV/1mF pulse capacitor module can be charged to voltage adjustable within 3kV.The average charging rate of this device is 187.5J/s,the operating frequency of IGBT switch is 16.67 kHz.Besides,this device can be triggered to discharge to the pulse magnet with calibration parameters of 5.2mH and 1.4? repeatedly and reliably.All in all,the research on this subject verifies the rationality of the device and reaches the expected charging target,followed by stable and effective control of charging and discharging.Ultimately,the intended function of the miniature portable pulse power supply is achieved.
