With the development of high-voltage power supply technology,high-voltage power supplies are not only widely used in medical and other fields,but also play an irreplaceable role even in industrial dust removal and fume purification.The high voltage electrostatic precipitators have the advantages of high efficiency of dust removal,strong cleaning ability and no secondary pollution to the environment,so it has a unique advantage in air dust removal.In this article,the electrostatic precipitator and high voltage power supply technology are deeply explored,and a high-power high voltage dust removal power is designed.In this paper,the module circuit of the power supply system is analyzed and designed,this high voltage electrostatic precipitator is applied to large factories and barn.Different from the traditional high voltage power supply,the power supply system includes rectifier filter module,power conversion module,driving module,power control module and auxiliary power module.The auxiliary power supply based on the flyback topology provides stable DC voltage for each module device of the next stage.Due to the requirements of the system design specifications,the power conversion module selects the full bridge switching topology to complete the transformation from the city electricity to the 30 k V high voltage.The power control module uses SG3525 as control chip to generate SPWM signals about 30 k Hz.IGBT is driven by the bootstrap circuit of the driving module,and then the feedback control is carried out combined with overcurrent protection,overvoltage protection and spark flashover signal detection.There are two innovative points in the design: first,the high voltage power supply adopts the series parallel resonance(LCC)technology to realize ZVS,thus the design reduces the switching loss in the full-bridge topology,improving the efficiency of the power supply and the output power.Second,the spark flashover detection circuit is designed based on the principle of spark flashover in electrostatic precipitator.The power system can accurately capture the sparking phenomenon of the dust collector,according to the intensity of the spark flashover can effectively control the output of the power supply,not only effectively protect the body of the electrostatic precipitator itself,but also ensure the efficient dust removal efficiency of the duster.At last,the prototype of the power supply is designed with the calculation and experiments.The sixth chapter carries out various tests on the power supply.The test results show that the power supply system can output DC voltage of 30 k V for the power supply of dust catcher,and the power can reach 950 W,and the efficiency can reach over 91%.At the same time,the efficiency of the power supply system and various performance indicators have reached the expected design requirements.
