| The transmission has a direct impact on the performance of the dynamic,the operation and the fuel economy of vehicle.Therefore,in the process of the research,design,manufacturing and testing of the transmission,it is necessary to detect the relevant parameters of the products.Thus,related companies generally need the test bench to be able to improve the performance of the transmission.In the transmission test,the loading test bench is carried out based on simulating the actual working conditions of the transmission,one of the key of simulating in the practical operating mode is load simulation.In the car accelerated and deceleration process simulation,due to the inertia acceleration resistance,the gearbox output shaft suffers loads that cause the speed change is hindered,so the simulated load of inertia is the most precious part of the transmission-testing bench.The traditional transmission test-bed inertia simulation using the mechanical flywheel,but the mechanical structure of the flywheel is complicated and difficult for install.Therefore,this paper through analysis of the Transmission load with automobile driving resistance,and through the electrical inertia simulation theory and the vector control of asynchronous motor,to design the loading system of the transmission test bench.Based on MATLAB/simulink,the model of the electrical inertia loading system of the transmission test-bed has been built.And the acceleration process of EMT transmission has been simulated by MATLAB/simulink.The results show that using asynchronous motor to simulate the inertia,can meet the requirements of transmission test-bed load simulation.The development and application of electrical inertia simulation transmission test bench,has meet the business and technical requirements for series to the test and bench enhance the testing level,and provides a new effective way to transmission performance test. |
