With the rapid development of the construction industry over the years,currently the stock of all kinds of infrastructure and industrial and civil buildings is huge in our country,and the damage caused by various kinds of buildings is very serious.In addition,as an ancient civilization,our ancestors left behind a lot of heritage buildings and monuments,the role of long-term environmental iMPact,there are different levels of destruction and damage.Therefore,it is an urgent and arduous task to repair the above situation effectively.This article is based on the objective demand.Especially,according to the requirements of the heritage buildings and in the restoration of the monuments are relevant to the specific functions,trying to through comprehensive research and development work,to develop and to adapt to the new compound grouting repair material varieties.The main idea is based on the principle of composite materials technology optimization,optimized performance from irrigation,adhesion properties,paste volume stability,impermeability,mechanical strength and effectively inhibit efflorescence like to expand.The study process is divided into three levels,Firstly,the effects of different external components on the flow characteristics of two kinds of cement are studied.And by using the orthogonal experiment method,respectively,to explore factors related to the ratio of test specimens of different design main physical and mechanical properties and irrigation can be indicators of the specific effects,according to the corresponding evaluation index of quantitative analysis of various factors that affect the relationship between the primary and the secondary,and then by further validation studies determined the optimal scheme of the ratio of material system.At the same time,the durability and functional characteristics of the related formula of the test specimens were also studied.Through the study of blends on the flow characteristics of cement based component found that mineral admixture adding will make the corresponding sample system fluidity decrease,and increased with the substitution amount and reduce the trend is more obvious,especially for 30min flow had significant effects.Therefore,should controll admixture substituted range,specifically,FA is about 20%,SF is about 5%,MK is within 15%.And the ratio of composite sample of Portland cement,sulphoaluminate cement substitution amount should be controlled within 10%.Orthogonal experiment optimization and validation obtained two types of the optimal ratio of repair materials respectively,sulfur aluminate system is water-cement ratio?0.6?,FA?15%?,MK?5%?and superplasticizer?0.8%?,the composite silicate salt system is water-cement ratio?0.6?,sulphoaluminate cement?5%?,FA?20%?,SF?3%?,superplasticizer?0.7%?,slow the coagulant?4.5%?and defoamer?0.3%?.According to the designed in the research of material durability indicators found in Portland cement based composite grouting material for repairing dry shrinkage resistance ability and impermeability are better than that of sulphuraluminate system grouting material.Its immanent cause is the low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement,and faster hydration and in the early hydration structure will exist many pores.And mineral material group of FA and MK also has characteristics of low alkali,need in high alkaline environment can rapidly and fully hydrated,so objectively determines the sample hydrate structure coMPactness of relatively poor.Instead,in the composite Portland cement based sample system,not only in silicate minerals and C4A3 S?mineral can mutually promote hydration and silicate minerals will generate lots of Ca?OH?2,with an increase in the basicity and effective to excite the activity of FA and SF,generate a variety of secondary hydration products and further filling of the internal space of the hydration structure,to make the system become more uniform and dense,inevitably in the anti-dry shrinkage performance and anti-permeability performance is enhanced.For new composite repair materials,proper amount of FA,MK and SF and mineral admixture in,both reduce in the composition of saline alkali reaction generated from the composition,but also to improve the slurry of uniform and water retention,which can effectively inhibit the reaction of alkali.The results show that the two series of grouting repair material has better inhibition pan alkali tolerant ability.
