Development And Application Of Cement Based Pavement Repair Materials

Cement concrete pavement has universality and popularity,its strength is stable,durable and reliable,low cost,wide application range.Nowadays,China's economy is soaring rapidly,and the conflicts between vehicles and roads are becoming more and more obvious.The quality of roads is getting worse and worse.Traffic jams have become a common problem,and road damages are emerging one after another.In addition,many road construction workers ignore morality and choose to cut corners.The phenomenon of freight overload is also common,which leads to the road surface full of holes,resulting in serious loss of travel problems.At present,the common cement pavement repair materials can be divided into organic and inorganic types.Among them,organic repair materials,such as asphalt and epoxy resin,have more defects,such as low compatibility with cement,high cost,significant color difference,outstanding aging degree and so on.The latter is represented by cement repair materials,and its problems are also prominent.For example,the selection of ordinary portland cement must be partially closed,and the regional traffic needs 24 hours to basically return to normal,which leads to excessive road load.Secondly,the old and new concrete is difficult to bond,resulting in frequent damage at the bond.This paper focuses on the special cement sulphoaluminate cement and various kinds of small material mixing ratio to carry out in-depth exploration.Research on cement mortar,cement mortar dry shrinkage test and so on.It is recognized that if gypsum and rubber powder are injected into sulphoaluminate cement,the setting time of cement will be slowed down obviously,and the time is about 12-30 minutes.From the point of view of concrete mechanical properties,the same mix proportion is used to prepare concrete.It is found that the concrete with sulphoaluminate cement can meet the demand of C40 strength grade of road concrete perfectly.According to the depth analysis of bond strength,the surface is rough,the bond depth is large,the bond strength is also increased.The dry shrinkage rate was tested and the dry shrinkage rate was significantly changed by adding different admixtures.There are 28 pictures,16 tables and 33 references.
