With the development of economy and manufacturing industry,the Chinese auto industry has made great progress.At the same time,along with the continuous increase in production and sales of automobiles,the automobile consumption for people is becoming more and more rational.People not only put forward higher requirements on the automobile configuration,but also more and more demands for the safety and comfort of the automobile.Automotive seat as an important part of the automotive interior is a systematic product that integrates mechanical vibration,ergonomics,mechanical theory and control engineering.Automobile seat works as an important part of the safety and comfort for the passengers andits advantages and disadvantages for safety,comfort,and aesthetics of automotive interior has a vital role.This thesis takes the passenger car seat as the research object.Based on the analysis of safety and comfort,the modular design method for passenger car seatis studied.By means of modern design,the design efficiency of the automobile seat is improved,and the quality of the design of the automobile seat is improved.In this thesis,according to the relevant laws requirements,the seat structure is analyzed for backrest static strength,seat assembly static strength,headrest energy absorption,the displacement of the headrest based on the finite element model of the seat structure.Great stress position and material excess area in the seat structure are optimized.Theresearch indicates that by optimizing the design of the seat structure,the safety of the seat structure is improved without increasing the mass of the seat.To meet comfort requirements,the main dimensions of the seat structure are analyzed on the basis of the knowledge of ergonomics.The seat comfort is evaluated by means of the dummy in the ergonomics module of Catia.In view of the influence of seat vibration on comfort,modal analysis is carried out for seat by Hyperworks software.It should try to avoid low-order modal of the seat structure resonate with natural frequency of the human body.Theresearch indicates that this seat structure can be a good fit with the human bodyand the lowordermodes of the seat is much larger than the body natural frequency.Resonance doesnot occur.The comfort of this seat structure is good and the seat meets the comfortable request for the human body.On the basis of meeting the safety and comfort of passenger car seat,the seat structure is divided by the principle of modular division.This thesis explores to build UG modular structure library by using UG Open and C++.Tt improves the flexibility of the design and the versatility of the product,and shortens the development cycle of the productby constructing the basic structure library.In this thesis,we study the influence of seat structure on the safety and comfort,and put forward the modular design method of the car seat and build automobile seat basic structure library.The research results have good theoretical value and engineering guidance significance for analyzing the performance requirements of the automobile seat and optimizing the structure of the automobile seat.
