Seat is an integrated product with mechanical analysis, mechanical vibration,ergonomics and control engineering, as the last part of the vehicle vibration, seat system’s quality directly affects the ride comfort. Traditional seat system is not from the perspective of ergonomics, the design of the seat does not meet the requirements of static comfort. Also while driving under different working conditions, human’s requirement of the seat is not the same, in good road operation, in order to improve the comfort, requirements of seat suspension as soft; in rough bad road, suspension seat as far as possible is hard, but the traditional seat suspension frame do not satisfy this requirement, Therefore, this article combined with enterprise project- "the design of airport fire truck cab ", mainly research the comfort of seat.First of all, Studying the china anthropometric data from the statics comfort of seat. According to ergonomics theory and method, designed to meet the Chinese driver’s seat and body size mannequins, it laid the foundation for the later simulation study.Secondly, in order to ensure the driver seat to obtain good dynamic comfort, the paper use the air spring suspension, analyzes the structure and working principle of air spring suspension, established the mathematical model of air spring system parts, and with the aid of MATLAB/Simulink to create simulation model, simulation results show that choosing appropriate parameters of air spring can effectively damp the vibration.Then, According to the vibration comfort evaluation method of human body, to create the airport fire truck air spring seat model with a human body model in ADAMS, The simulation acceleration transmitted to the human body at different speeds on different roads, simulation results show that, at the time of good roads, air spring seat effective vibration attenuation, but on rough roads, the spread acceleration beyond the human body’s comfort range, the damping effect should be further improved.Finally, for driving on rough road surface seat comfort poor situation, this paperadopts fuzzy PID control strategy, to the body acceleration error and error change rate as input, air spring control force as output, fuzzy PID controller is designed, To test the control effect, the joint simulation with ADAMS established vehicle model, and compared with the passive air spring seat, the simulation results show that fuzzy PID control system of the seat vibration has been further improved, and improve the vibration comfort of human body.
