| The cost of a car seat occupies 5% of the total car cost and ranks third among a ll auto parts systems.During the collision of the car,the car seat bears and absorbs most of the energy of the secondary impact.Therefore,the car seat is a very important safety component of the car.In this paper,for the mandatory regulations of car seats,the finite element simulation method is used to study the safety development of different working conditions of the seat.At the same time,the lightweight design of the seat was analyzed and discussed based on different safety conditions.Firstly,it mainly introduces the background meaning of car seat safety design and compares the development status at home and abroad.Firstly,it analyzes the importance of passive safety of cars,then introduces the importance of car seat protection for occupants.The safety of car seats cannot be ignored.Then introduce the development of car seat safety research at home and abroad,and point out the differences between domestic and foreign.This paper introduces the progress of lightweight car seats at home and abroad,compares the differences in lightweight technology of car seats at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings of domestic lightweight technology.Then the seat safety simulation modeling method and safety condition simulation are studied in detail,and the discrete process of the seat model is introduced,including the seat belt fixing point,the seat back headrest and the seat trolley simulation research,for a certain model seat.The chair is subjected to detailed modeling and working condition analysis,and the performance of the corresponding working conditions is initially optimized,so that both simulation and test meet the design target requirements.Finally,lightweight design based on seat safety,including seat belt lightweight for seat belt fixing points,lightweight based on the backrest headrest frame,front frame of the seat frame based on the trolley,based on seat safety and multiple working conditions Lightweight.After the lightweight design of the car seat,the weight of the seat frame was reduced by 1.968 kg,and the weight loss ratio reached 15.9%.Based on the improvement of seat safety performance and light weight,this paper combines finite element simulation technology and optimized design method to study the safety performance of micro-car seat.Through the research in this paper,the safety performance of the micro-car seat is obviously improved and the weight is reduced at the same time.This method has certain engineering application value. |
