In recent years,along with the constant development of the global economy,China has for many years been called the world's largest exporter of goods trade.As a country with a long coastline and numerous inland river system,the import and export shipping and inland shipping have low costs and a large transport capacity.There is growing import and export trade and maintain a good momentum of development.At the same time,port machinery,there have been intelligent,rapid technology development trend,so its performance requirements of key components of port machinery has gradually increased.Gantry cranes takes large number of all the port machineries.The slewing ring is a gantry crane leading member,and it plays an important role in the gantry crane,hence thegoal of the paper is to study the door slewing ring fault diagnosis.Vibration analysis is an important means of detection and fault diagnosis of the slewing ring state.In the paper slewing bearing vibration signal,using a series of diagnostic methods to achieve fault signal is extracted from the mixed interference signals.The contribution of this specific research are as follows:(1)It describes the significance of slewing ring fault diagnosis,fault diagnosis and status of large rotary bearing problems in the diagnostic process;(2)It describes structure type,sports features,typical faults form of slewing ringandanalysesseveral typical failure mechanisms of slewing ring.Slewing ring is analysed for vibration mechanism is analyzed,and a mathematical model of slewing ring failure caused by vibration,is proposed and used to calculate slewing ring fault characteristic frequency of each element;(3)Wavelet transform theory basis are described,and select wavelet function.EMMD methods and theory and engineering applications.For using slewing ring of gantry crane features,the original EMMD vibration analysis method has been improved;(4)The establishment of gantry crane slewing ring fault diagnosis system,vibration signal design method of data collection.Vibration acceleration signal of the slewing ring is the main object of study.A comprehensive analysis of the time domain and frequency domain analysis to gantry crane slewing ring is used for preliminary diagnosis.(5)Combined slewing ring features proposed wavelet analysis andEMMD fault diagnosis system composite method.This method will be successful to isolate outside interference signal and fault signal and accurately extract the fault signal,thereby completing the gantry crane slewing diagnosis.
