Simulation Research Of Remanufacturing System Based On DBR

Remanufacturing is an important mode of green manufacturing engineering and recycling economy.There are plenty of uncertainties during the remanufacturing process,which bring about some effects on the efficiency and economy of the system.Based on the principles of sustainable development,these effects need to be paid attention to.As a theory of constraints specific methods in the field of production logistics.DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope)focus on key resources of the production system,the bottlenecks,and aim to make full use of key resources and to reduce unnecessary investment.DBR method is an important production technology management for remanufacturing.In the past,the study of this problem are mostly based on mathematical model or algorithm,which have several limitations.With the development of computer simulation technology,effective methods and tools were provided to solve such kind of uncertain problems.Under such a circumstance,an efforts was made to solve this problem using DBR and simulation methods in this thesis.First,a review and a summary of the current state of local and foreign researches on remanufacturing and DBR are made in this thesis,and then,a specific measures to implement the DBR method and a mathematical model of the buffer setting for remanufacturing system is given.Second,after After simplifying the remanufacturing system,a simulation model is built based on its production processes and basic framework.Third,different types of buffer regulation mechanism are set up using simulation method.Finally,an analysis of different types of buffer regulation mechanism is made,considering the experimental data and evaluation index of the simulation model.This study has some practical significance and reference value.Hopefully it may offer some ideas for optimization researches of remanufacturing systems.
