| With the rapid development of economy and speedy rise of the tertiary industry,enterprises are paying attention to working ability of manufacturing equipment.At the same time,production logistics potential is also continuous probed to improve the overall efficiency of production applications systems.The automated storage and retrieval warehouse enables enterprises to greatly enhance the speed of production logistics,and the stacker,as the AS/AR the core logistics equipment directly determines whether the whole warehousing operations can run smoothly,has an important significance in reducing "bottleneck" effect of conveying system and improving entire operational efficiency and economic benefit of AS/RS.In this paper,studies on the intelligent control system of the stacking machine,which is based on the automated warehouse of a lifting equipment manufacturing enterprise.Aiming at the speed control model of the stacking crane,the fuzzy technology is used to optimize the control system of the stacking crane,in order to improve the working efficiency and the safety of the system.At the same time according to the needs of enterprise production,formulates reasonable control strategy to meet the different working conditions of stacker running requirements.Finally,completes the implementation of system software realization,and then designs the main operation process.According to the overall plan of automation stereoscopic warehouse,in order to realize the automatic and efficient operation high efficiency of stacker as the target,analyzes the performance requirements and function of the stacker,determines the control scheme of the overall control system.Combined with selected positioning scheme and variable frequency speed regulation method,and on the basis of the current control of the stacking crane,using fuzzy control theory,proposes and designs a fuzzy speed controller,which introduces the load weight as the input quantity.Uses the controller to adjust the crane acceleration and deceleration speed,and MATLAB Simulink software to set up model and simulation analysis.Under the premise of determining the speed control,for the purpose of further improving the stacker running efficiency,saving energy consumption,develops intelligent control strategy of stacker,mainly manifests in two aspects: determines the dynamic retention scheme of stacker;simultaneously through the analysis of the operation of the warehouse,the method of increasing the composite operation times of the stacking crane is put forward to improve the working efficiency,and genetic algorithm is used for scheduling optimization of composite operation of stacker,shortens the operation time of the stacker,improves the working efficiency.Finally according to the control scheme and the hardware resource allocation,analyses stacker crane working process,using S7-200 PLC to complete the control of the crane system,designing operating procedures stacker,so that the control requirement of the fast and accurate operation of the crane is realized.And also proposing the concrete application method of fuzzy algorithm in PLC. |
