Research On Automatic Control System Of The New Saving Energy Building Materials CCA Board

CCA is the abbreviation of Cellulose Fiber Cement Board Autoclaved,which is also known as autoclaved asbestos free cellulose fiber cement board.It is a green,energy efficient and environment friendly new building material which use cement,pulp fiber,quartz sand additives and water as raw materials,processed by slurry preparation,automatic batching,Hatscheks forming,pressing and high temperature and pressure curing.CCA board can be applied in many ways such as cladding wall,partition wall and ceiling decoration.This study is focused on the automation control system of CCA board production line and mainly contains following works:(1)Studied the process procedure and control procedure of CCA board.Analyzed the production process at each section and draw the process flow chart,also studies the electrical control progress and requirements for the control system of each production section.(2)Finished the configuration design of control system for CCA board production line.Analyzed the raw material requirements and quality of finished products,as well as the indexes of performance test including electrical indexes.Also proposed the control requirement and method for the equipment on production line.(3)Finished system hardware design and realization for CCA board production line.Studied the hardware composition and designed the DCS system hardware for the production line.Studied the hardware configuration for each section,finished the configuration of I/O terminal of equipment and the block diagram of hardware composition of each section.(4)Complete the control system software design and realization for CCA board production line.Designed the upper computer software block diagram,design and realized the interface block diagram of upper computer of control system,design and realized the interface of each subsystem upper computer,analyzed the PLC system design requirement for control system and designed PLC flow chart and it's branch programs.(5)Studied the material slurry concentration control.Concentration is the most important physical parameter to control the product quality.By introduce the traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control and comparison of both the experiment results and practical application of both method,find the optimized way to control the concentration.This study will help CCA board production line to further improve the engineering application,have real value and application prospect.
